Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a strong background in accounting. 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing all administrative tasks in the office, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of clients, tenants, and properties.
  • Oversee the accounts receivable and payable processes, including invoicing, rent collection, and vendor payments.
  • Prepare financial reports and maintain accounting records, utilizing accounting knowledge and software systems.
  • Ensure the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations in the office, including ordering office supplies, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office equipment.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
