Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant / Data Entry Officer to support our accounting, sales coordination, and data management functions. The ideal candidate must be organized, proactive, and able to manage communication with outlets efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

To take orders from the outlets.
To coordinate with the outlets about the production and sales.
To follow up for the payments from the outlets to create report of sales and payments.
To prepare the sales bill in order to send to respective outlets.
To prepare the commercial invoices as per the payments of the outlets.
To update all the required data in the G-Sheet.
To make physical verification as per the commercial invoice.
To coordinate with the Department of IT in order to update the level of inventory.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, data entry, or a related role.
Strong command of MS Office and Google Sheets.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
