Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage the financial operations of our hotel and restaurant business. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of hospitality accounting, financial reporting, inventory control, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate accounting records and financial transactions.
Prepare daily, monthly, and annual financial reports.
Monitor revenue, expenses, and cash flow for hotel and restaurant operations.
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
Track inventory costs and coordinate stock audits.
Prepare VAT, TDS, and other statutory filings.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience. The candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the hotel and restaurant business.
Sound knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
