Accountant

C.N.P. International Logistics is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team in Kathmandu. As a key player in our finance department, you will manage daily financial operations, ensuring accuracy in our reporting and compliance with national tax regulations.

Given our focus on international trade and large-scale project cargo (including hydropower and automotive sectors), the ideal candidate will be comfortable handling complex transactions involving international shipping payments and multi-currency ledgers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date ledgers, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Tax Compliance: Prepare and file VAT, TDS, and income tax returns in accordance with Nepal’s financial regulations.
• Documentation: Manage financial paperwork related to international shipments, including Letters of Credit (L/C) and billing.
• Reporting: Prepare monthly financial statements, bank reconciliations, and cash flow reports.
• Payroll & Expenses: Process employee payroll and manage office operational expenses.
• Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audit processes.
