Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain accurate financial records, make bill, vouchers, documents and make bank entry and reconciliation.
Collaborate with sales executives and sales counter staff to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Assist in the preparation of VAT returns and ensure timely filing.
Support the month-end closing process, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff as needed.
Negotiate and deal with customers for B2B sales.

Required qualifications for this job
Other Specification
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales executives and sales counter staff.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
