The port folio includes Outsourcing services to organizations in multiple industries such as insurance, banking, financial services, INGO’s, schools, telecom, transportation and travel, hotels to name a few. Our Human Resource Consulting and Outsourcing service are providing successful support to Nepalese business enterprises.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage overall accounting and finance operations in a group of companies
Prepare, review, and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws, VAT, TDS, income tax, and statutory requirements
Prepare vouchers, bank reconciliations, and monthly financial reports
Handle day-to-day accounting entries and maintain books of accounts
Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities
Monitor internal control systems and recommend improvements
Assist management in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Supervise and guide junior accounting staff

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Other Specification

Master’s/bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience in manufacturing industries
Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance requirements
Experience in MS Excel and ERP or accounting software (such as Finpro, Tally, Synergy, or similar systems) will be preferred.
