Dreams Media and Marketing is looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in Tinkune. We aren’t just looking for a data entry specialist; we want someone who understands the synergy between finance and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records, including day-to-day bookkeeping.
Manage tax filings (VAT/TDS) and ensure legal compliance.
Prepare financial reports, balance sheets, and profit/loss statements.
Handle payroll and petty cash management.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to track invoices, receivables, and client payments.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business (BBS/BBA) with a focus on Finance or Accounting.
Experience: Proven experience in accounting roles. Familiarity with accounting software (Tally, Swastik, or similar) is a must.
The "X-Factor": Candidates with a sales or marketing background are highly appreciated. We value professionals who understand client relations and revenue cycles.
Strong communication skills in both English and Nepali.
Proactive attitude and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced media environment.
