We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Accountant to join the finance team at Swornim Hotel Pokhara. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, preparing accurate financial reports, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and supporting strategic financial decisions to help the hotel achieve its business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Monitor budgets, expenses, and cash flow to ensure financial efficiency.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements.
Reconcile bank statements and hotel revenue records.
Support internal and external audits and assist management in financial decision-making.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 3–4 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel.
High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Good communication and organizational skills.
