Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to manage U.S. accounting operations during the night shift. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and supporting management with timely and reliable financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting (50%)

Daily invoicing, billing, and updating client accounts
Managing Accounts Receivable (A/R) follow-ups, collections, reconciliation
Processing vendor payments, maintaining expense logs
Updating and maintaining accurate records in QuickBooks (mandatory)
Coordinating with U.S. accounting team on financial reporting

Administrative Support (50%)

General office coordination tasks
Preparing reports, updating case management spreadsheets
Managing emails, calendars, and documentation support for U.S. teams
Supporting operational workflows and compliance tasks

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

MBA in Finance / Accounting (mandatory)
Minimum 2 years of hands-on accounting experience
Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online
Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
Must be willing to work full U.S. night shift only

Preferred Skills:

Experience with U.S. accounting or international clients
Knowledge of law-firm billing, invoicing, or payment workflows
Strong Excel and reporting abilities
Professional, detail-oriented, and organized
