Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing the financial operations of the organization, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records and process daily transactions.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, and follow up on overdue payments.
Assist with tax filings, audits, and compliance requirements.
Monitor cash flow and provide budget variance reports.
Update financial records in QuickBooks and other accounting systems.
Perform vendor reconciliations and house rent bill reconciliations for multiple entities.
Prepare and maintain student invoices.
Conduct bank reconciliations and visit banks for various financial tasks.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in accounting or finance roles.

Professional Skills:

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple financial tasks independently.
