Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reports.
Handle daily accounting operations, including billing, payments, receipts, and bank reconciliations.
Manage patient billing, vendor invoices, and petty cash transactions.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ensure timely submission of VAT, TDS, and Tax clearance & other statutory filings under the supervision of the auditor.
Support management with financial data for budgeting and decision-making.
Maintain proper filing of financial documents and assist during audits.
Coordinate with external parties such as auditors, banks, and suppliers.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Required Age:More than 30 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Busy, or MS Excel).
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.
Attention to detail, confidentiality, and accuracy in work.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
