Job Description

  • Record and maintain financial data: Bookkeeping, data entry, and organizing ledgers, journals, and other financial records.
  • Manage transactions: Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
  • Perform reconciliations: Conduct bank reconciliations and reconcile various financial accounts to ensure accuracy.
  • Assist with financial reporting: Help prepare month-end and year-end financial statements, such as income statements and balance sheets.
  • Support audits: Assist with internal and external audits by preparing documentation and responding to auditor questions.
  • Ensure compliance: Handle tax filings and other statutory compliance duties, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Monitor cash flow: Manage day-to-day banking functions and monitor cash flow to ensure proper financial transactions.
  • Analyze financial data: Analyze financial data to provide insights into the company's financial health and performance.
