Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a Accountant to manage our daily accounting operations and provide financial insights to support business decisions. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, accounting software expertise, and over two years of experience in financial roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Able to collect data and prepare reports as required by management
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets
Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements
Supervise and train accounting staff as needed
Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning and decision-making
Conduct internal audits to identify and resolve accounting discrepancies
Assist in the implementation of accounting software and systems
Prepare and review tax returns and other financial documents
Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Office applications
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities
