Best And Fast Travel And Tours, a leading travel agency with multinational offices in India, Dubai, and Nepal. We are seeking a highly experienced Accountant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must also possess excellent written and verbal communication in English to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Manage all accounting functions, including budgeting, financial reporting, and accounts payable and receivable
Oversee and analyze financial data and provide recommendations to improve financial performance
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
Monitor and reconcile company accounts to ensure accurate financial records
Prepare and present financial reports to management team
Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency
Implement and maintain effective internal controls
Continuously evaluate and improve accounting processes and procedures

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

MBA degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in the travel industry or related field
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Proven track record of successfully managing and leading accounting teams
Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
