Responsibilities:

Handle transactions related to accounts.
Establish, Maintain and co-ordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures.
Handling daily accounts and operating accounting software.
Should monitor and support taxation issues
Producing monthly report to the Director.
Maintaining and overseeing all bank accounts, completing monthly reconciliation and reporting banking errors to line manager
Ensuring financing policy is reviewed and the company meets all financial requirement
Assisting in preparing accurate VAT accounting and payment and filing in IRD.
Responsible for handling cash including collections and disbursements, banking and security.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Minimum degree in BBS or equivalent from recognized University/College.
Proficient in using accounting software.
Strong computer skills and ability to operate MS Office software with ease.
Knowledge of Nepal Accounting Standards.
Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong understanding of financial principles and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preparing and submit VAT/Tax details in online IRD's website.
