Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Account Assistant to support our accounting department. The ideal candidate will assist in financial record-keeping, transaction processing, and reporting while ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in maintaining financial records, including invoices, receipts, and bank statements.
Support the preparation of financial reports, statements, and budgets.
Handle accounts payable and receivable transactions.
Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash.
Assist in payroll processing and tax calculations.
Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and company policies.
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments for financial documentation.
Perform other administrative and accounting tasks as assigned.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Requirements:

Minimum education: +2 Pass
Basic knowledge of Tally and MS Excel
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication and organizational skills

Note:

Must have a valid bike license
