Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

As an Accountant at JJ Marble, you will be responsible for managing the financial records, ensuring accuracy, and supporting the financial operations of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

To maintain proper recording of all cash/bank vouchers, journal vouchers, sales, purchase and inter-branch transactions.
To coordinate with the concerned team members to rectify or update any confusion and error in the books of accounts on a daily basis.
To ensure that all ledgers are segregated agent wise and maintained properly at any given time. They should align them with final entries.
To provide daily work report and weekly stock, debtor, creditor, costing, bank and any other reports required by the team.
To make all decisions in the best interest of the company.

(Working Hours: 9:45 AM to 6:15 PM)

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Must have completed +2 or Bachelor's running can also apply.
Minimum 1 to 2 years experience in accounting.
Experience in Swastik accounting software is a plus.
Must be proficient in MS Office.
Must live close to Samakhushi.
Must be able to work under pressure.
