Maulakalika Dairy is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. As a senior-level professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our company's financial records. This is a key role within our organization and requires a candidate with exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations
Conduct monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for improvement
Oversee the preparation and submission of tax returns and other financial reports
Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement financial strategies
Train and mentor junior accounting staff
Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting regulations

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
CPA or equivalent certification preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
