Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a motivated candidate to join our team as an Accountant at Future Hub Pacific Asia, a leading Immigration and Education Consultancy company. In this mid-level role, you will play a critical role in managing and maintaining our financial records and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
Monitor and reconcile all bank accounts and credit card transactions
Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing and collections
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports and analysis
Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations
Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
Manage payroll processing and employee reimbursements
Handle all tax-related activities, including filing and payments
Stay up-to-date with financial regulations and legislation
Collaborate with other team members to improve financial processes and procedures

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Proven work experience as an Accountant in the Immigration and Education Consultancy industry
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
