Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in accounting or a similar role, preferably in a retail or hardware industry.
Proficiency in accounting software (Swastik) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, debit accounts, credit accounts, and general ledger entries.
Process and manage payroll, including tax calculations and deductions.
Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns, VAT, and other statutory obligations.
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial reports for management.
Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation for audits.
Maintain organized records of financial transactions, invoices, receipts, and payments.
Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, financial regulations, and internal policies.
Support the finance team with any ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.
