Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in medical supply or government contracting
Experience with import/export accounting and foreign currency transactions
Proficiency in advanced accounting software
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in medical supply
Knowledge of customs regulations and international trade finance
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate complex financial information
Experience with government contract accounting is highly desirable

Manage financial transactions related to government contracts and international imports
Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
Handle accounts payable and receivable, focusing on government payments and foreign suppliers
Oversee inventory accounting for imported medical supplies
Ensure compliance with government accounting standards and import regulations
Coordinate with customs agencies for smooth financial transactions in imports
Assist in budgeting and forecasting, particularly for government contracts
Manage foreign currency transactions and hedging strategies
Support internal and external audits, including government audits
Collaborate with the procurement team on financial aspects of import operations
Assist in tax preparation, including duties and tariffs on imported goods
