Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Oversee and manage the daily accounting operations.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Develop and manage financial budgets and forecasts.
Conduct financial analysis to guide strategic decision-making.
Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.
Manage and oversee tax preparation, filing, and compliance.
Coordinate and assist with internal and external audits.
Lead and mentor the accounting team.
Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Provide insights and recommendations based on financial performance.

NOTE: Candidates who are familiar with HMIS (Hospital Management Information System)/software will be given priority.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's preferred).
At least 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective organizational and time management skills.
