Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Financial Management:
-Maintain and manage all financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
-Oversee budgeting and financial forecasting to support business planning and decision-making.
Bookkeeping:
-Handle day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
-Reconcile bank statements and maintain a systematic record of financial transactions.
Tax Compliance:
-Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with local tax regulations.
-Stay informed about changes in tax laws and advise the company on potential impacts.
Financial Reporting:
-Generate regular financial reports for management review.
-Provide insights and analysis on financial performance and recommend improvements.
Audit Support:
-Coordinate and facilitate external audits, providing necessary documentation and information.
-Implement recommendations from audits to enhance financial processes.
Payroll Processing:
-Administer payroll processes accurately and in a timely manner.
-Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations related to payroll.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience as an accountant, preferably in the travel or tourism industry.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
