Job Description

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.
  • Record all financial transactions, including purchases, expenses, and income.
  • Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets for various projects and departments.
  • Work closely with the management team to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Prepare regular financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Present financial reports to the management team and provide insights into financial performance.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and receipts.
  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Monitor cash flow and recommend strategies to maintain optimal liquidity.
  • Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  • Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations.
  • Oversee payroll processes, including salary calculations, deductions, and tax withholdings.
  • Ensure accuracy and timely distribution of paychecks.
