Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Accountant to join the team at BrandAd Inc., a creative studio and marketing agency.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of accounting tasks, including;

updating the daily ledger
maintaining monthly invoices
handling accounts payable and receivable
updating and maintaining the monthly VAT record
overseeing petty cash issuance and dispersion
updating the payroll sheet regularly
daily follow-up on revenue.

Additionally, the Accountant will be responsible for preparing vouchers and checks for funds release and purchase logistics as directed, ensuring that all monthly transactions are accurately recorded, and maintaining and updating utility bills.

The Accountant will also be responsible for preparing and updating monthly accounts records and presenting them to senior management.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:Not Required

Other Specification

BBA, BBS, BIM, or any relevant subject, or be currently pursuing a relevant Bachelors program.
Experienced & freshers both encouraged to apply.
Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel is required, as well as good communication skills in both English and Nepali.
Nepali typing skills and familiarity with accounting software, such as Tally, are preferable.
Having a two-wheeler license and living in the Baluwatar area is an advantage.
