Bachelor's degree or more in Finance/Accounting

Emphasis on accuracy, efficiency, and accountability
Positive mindset towards relationship building both internally and externally
Experience in Travel and Tours is preferable

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and organized financial accountant to work in our Accounting Department.

Responsibilities:

Performing administrative and clerical tasks, such as data entry, preparing invoices, sending bill reminders, filing paperwork, tax-related work, legal documentation and contacting clients to discuss their accounts
Processing, verifying and posting receipts and payments
Maintaining and updating Value Added Tax reports
Maintaining and updating foreign currency reports for the Central Bank
Cross-checking information with other departments to ensure records are accurate and complete and that accounts receivable ledgers and journals are up-to-date
Resolving accounting discrepancies
Formulating and documenting financial statements
Monitor and analyze accounts receivable data timely to identify collection issues
Send out reminder notices at scheduled intervals if invoices are not paid
Perform other duties as assigned
