Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Prepare budget forecasts
Ensure timely bank payments
Publish monthly financial statements
Processing the company payments and returns
Process employee salary and other benefits payment
Maintain and monitor daily books of accounts
Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
Handling of documents and maintaining the records accordingly
Preparation of accounting statements and reports in accordance with approved accounting Standard
Administer and monitor financial system in order to ensure books are maintained in an accurate and timely manner
Preparation of various financial reports and IRD related documents
To prepare and verify monthly TDS
Audit financial transactions and documents
Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
Comply with financial policies and regulations
Manage all accounting transactions
Knowledge of any accounting software- tally is advantageous
Any other duty as directed by Manager

Must have completed Bachelor’s degree in management (BBA, BBS, BBM etc.)
Must have min 2yrs of experience in related field
Possess excellent interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written skills
Ability to work within a team and under pressure
Awareness of confidentiality and ability to prioritize workload
Knowledge of Internet Banking Transaction
Must be familiar with eSewa
