Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Preparation of chart of accounts, entry, checking, verification of accounting transaction
Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role e.g. account receivable, account payable, general ledger, forecasting, budgeting
Preparation of trial balance, Profit and loss account and balance sheet cost center wise in co-ordination with the internal auditors
Analyze financial discrepancies and recommend effective resolution
Monitor and record financial transaction according to company policies and regulations
Review and recommend changes to existing accounting procedure
Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts
Other duties as assigned

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Should have good knowledge of Accounting software (Tally preferable)
Should have general knowledge of VAT and TAX system as per policies of Govt. of Nepal
Should have knowledge of MS office package
Knowledge of construction Industry is an added advantage
Ability to work under pressure situation
Flexible working hours
