Job Description

Preparation of the journal voucher, payment vouchers, receipt vouchers, wages sheet, salary sheet, bank reconciliations
Keeping a record of Debtors and Creditors
Preparing accounts and tax return
Compiling and presenting reports, business plans & financial statements
Maintain financial security by following internal control
Prepare special financial reports by collecting, summarizing accounts information & trends
Control Sites petty cash, distribute the financial flow according to project need
Collaborate with Project Manager to develop a detailed, cost effective budget and reporting the same to Head Office
Reporting any Financial risks and budgetary discrepancies to management for review
Prepare all necessary reports and sent it to Head Office on timely basis as per instruction
