Must be a management graduate (preferably MBA)
Must have work experience of at least 2 year in similar position
Must have sound knowledge of TALLY Software, MS Word and advance level in MS Excel
Must have sound knowledge of financial documentation and reporting

Must have pleasant personality and good analytical skill

Job Description

Prepare, dispatch and keep a record of monthly fees accurately
Update account database accurately
Receive monthly fees and deposit at the bank timely
Maintain and update monthly fees into the system accurately
Ensure utilities (telephone, internet, electricity, water, gas, fuel etc) bills are paid timely and log it into the system accurately
Make payment to vendors and record it into the system accordingly
Receive and deliver goods and services, maintain stock, check against delivery notes and inform intended recipients of any shortages, damage etc.
Maintain stocks of office supplies, stationery, library, cafeteria and other supplies
Perform other duties related to school operation as and when required
Coordinate with local tax/VAT office for timely deposit of all applicable taxes
Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations
