Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Compile and prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements
Processing, verifying, and posting receipts and Payments
Performing administrative and clerical tasks, such as data entry, preparing invoices, sending bill reminders, filing paperwork, Tax related work, Legal documentation and contacting clients to discuss their accounts
Create reports and balance sheets that document overall profits and losses
Monitor and analyze accounts receivable data timely to identify collection issues
Prepare monthly aging receivable/payable reports
Send out reminder notices at scheduled intervals if invoices not paid
Comply with Company Policies and Procedures, Nepal Labor Laws-2074 BS, Companies Act, Income Tax Laws, VAT and financial legal requirements
Handling of Petty and Banking transactions
Liaison with Tax officials for collecting tax clearance, Audit Clearance, etc.
Reconciliation of Tax ledgers, Debtors, Creditors and Bank reconciliation
Liaison with Internal and external auditors and completion of Audit

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Minimum 2 years of experience
Good knowledge of Ms-office
Knowledge with accouting softwares would be a bonus
