Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Should maintain petty cash fund, prepare voucher and post in tally
Maintain party ledger, and stock of office supplies and fixed assets
Should prepare expenses and monthly salary sheet and make require payments
Should issue cheque and make party payment
Make possible arrangement for purchase goods and office supplies
Should collect reports from other departments as well as prepare submit reports timely
Should perform other duties as per need and command from top level management
Handle all transactions related to accounts
Prepare profit and loss statements and monthly closing and cost accounting reports
Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree level qualification in a relevant field
At least 2 years experience in related field
Highly Competent in Microsoft Office applications, and advanced excel skills
Knowledge and experience of accounting systems and preferably Tally
Excellent customer service skills and experience in dealing with the public
Fluency in written and vocal English language

Note: Female candidates are preferred
