Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Preparation of spare parts and consumables orders as per requirement, ensuring the minimum balance is always maintained
Ordering of spare parts
Checking and monitoring reconciled accounts
Follow-up on parts dispatch through email
Follow-up courier and customs point for status of the parts dispatched
Handling and maintenance of the inventory of spare parts and consumables in the required format
Maintenance of a minimum balance of spare parts and consumables in stock for all parts
Spare parts verification and reconciliation with orders, invoices and accounts reconciliation as and when parts arrive and are to be ordered

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 3 years

Other Specification

Must have completed Bachelors Degree
Must have a minimum of 3 years of work experience in a related field (Automobile Store)
Must have Proper knowledge of stock record
Advanced computer skills in MS Office, Word, Power Point
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
