Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Maintain books of accounts for site office
Handle and manage petty cash for site office
Proper and timely recording of the purchase invoice for VAT returns
Keep daily inventory records of raw materials
Enter site transaction and inventory management
Liaison with head office for accounting issues and transaction

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance (BBS)
1 or more years of relevant work experience in a construction company
Good knowledge of operating Accounting software packages and Tax/Vat
Willing to learn the software package employed by the Company
Able to employ analytics to create meaningful management reports on a timely basis
Good interpersonal and communication skills
