Should be proficient in Accounting Software
Knowledge of accepted accounting practices and principles
Must possess good knowledge of Tally

Job Description

Must ensure the all accounting records and reports are up to date
Should be able to prepare Bank Reconciliation, VAT reconciliation, Party reconciliation and Cash reconciliation statement
Maintain good relationship with suppliers having satisfied the organization policy of releasing payment within due credit period
Update all work related to regulatory bodies related to company & comply with government rules of VAT and keep accounting up to date till finalization and approved by auditor
Daily voucher entry, stock recheck in Tally
Managing imports related documents (LC, TT) data entry
Coordinating with the Finance Head, and auditor to finalize the financial statements
