Experience Required : More than or equal to 3 years
Other Specification
  • Minimum 3 to 4 years work experience on the same field
  • Knowledge of integral account payable and journal ledger accounting system
  • Tally knowledge is highly preferred
  • Good communication 
  • Need to be flexible in work
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to establish and maintain effective working relations with people in a multi-cultural, multi-ethnic environment with sensitivity and respect for diversity

Job Description

  • Record keeping of daily purchase transaction of lounge
  • Check and balance of all department's purchase, sales, stocks, waste and usages
  • Maintain monthly purchase and sales book
  • On time VAT payment
  • Verify and tax clearation
  • Record daily sales and cash transaction on computer and back up too
  • Prepare daily and monthly P/L report and balance sheet and present to the management
  • Other tasks as assigned
