B.L.C. International Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Account Officer. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional who can contribute to our Accounts team and play a crucial role in the company’s success.

This position is ideal for candidates who are tech-savvy, organized, and capable of handling accounting operations while working collaboratively with an international team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage accounts payable and receivable, including follow-up for payments through phone calls or emails
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of all transactions
Prepare journal entries and reconcile accounts using the double-entry bookkeeping system
Support senior accountants and team members when required
Handle multiple assigned tasks and deadlines efficiently while maintaining accuracy
Coordinate with remote team members and maintain effective communication with Australia-based operations
Ensure timely financial reporting and maintain accounting accuracy across all assigned tasks
Assist in improving accounting workflows and maintaining organized financial records

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Accounting, or related field or higher qualification
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the accounting field
Experience working with international clients or remote teams will be an added advantage

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Intermediate level or above)
Knowledge of accounting software
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships internally and externally
Flexible and adaptable work approach
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability in accounting operations
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling financial information

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: Approx. NPR 65,000 (+ CTC based on experience)
Attractive remuneration for the right candidates

Other facilities as per company policy
Office Time: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
