Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Account and Stock Officer to join Munaa Krishi Limited. The ideal candidate will manage financial records, monitor stock levels, and ensure accurate reporting to support the company’s operations and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day entry of accounting data in the software.
Verify sales, purchase, and expense bills to ensure proper recording.
Analyze daily sales reports and manage cash flow effectively.
Prepare and submit VAT and eTDS returns as required.
Ensure timely completion of banking transactions.
Handle payroll management efficiently.
Follow up and manage receivables and payables, including ageing analysis.
Reconcile and verify bank statements, tax returns, and stock at month-end.
Prepare financial statements and documents for annual audits.
Assist in preparation and management of the annual budget throughout the year.
Ensure all advances are settled on time.
Oversee storekeeping and stock management operations.
Ensure physical stock matches accounting software records.
Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock documentation.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's Degree in Management/Accounts/Finance (Master's degree will have added value.)
At least 2 years’ experience in a similar post

Excellent Excel skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Nepali language
Independent while working with high team spirit
Efficient and excellent time management skills

Ability to direct and supervise

Other Skills

Driving license and have own 2-wheeler vehicle
