Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

The Account Officer at National Path Labs and Research Center will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with accounting standards. The primary duties include:

Key Responsibilities:

Expenses invoice entry, sales invoice entry, and the Petty cash account of all branches
Efficient and effective in data entry in software like Busy and Tally
Maintaining the invoice file branch-wise
Carry out party settlement on a quarterly basis and submit a report to the finance manager
Submitting the ledgers of the party to the finance manager as requested.
Updating all the transactions on a daily basis and informing the finance manager about the payment period to parties.
Making payment to parties in a Timely manner as requested by the finance manager, CFO, or MD
Submitting the report to the finance manager on a Timely basis as requested.
Carry out any other ad hoc task as directed by the finance manager during urgency, absence of team members, or any other situation.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Qualification Required:

1 - 2 years data entry experience (Freshers may also apply)
An accounting software certificate is a plus point
Own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
