We are hiring Account Officer

Location: Naxal Kathmandu

Salary: Negotiable

Duties & Responsibilities:

Overseeing the billing process which includes ensuring PO is complete in every aspect, coordination with Store and generating invoices accordingly.
Maintaining record of receiving copy and keeping track record for the same.
Reconciling monthly online sales with offline billing.
Preparation of sales and sales return register for monthly vat filing.
Maintaining record of cash billing details and follow up with concern agent for recovery of the same.
Maintaining record of bounce chequeen and following up with parties.
Preparation of vendor payment sheet of regular interval.
Performing any work assigned by Senior and training new employee.
Review of daily bank statement and update for any bounce chequeen, receipt, LC payment advice follow up and delegate junior for entries.
Recording of transactions like expenses, Salaries, Vendor payment, LC/TT payment, etc.
Daily Bank Reconciliation.
Documentation work.
Balance confirmation and follow up with parties.

Qualification & Skills:

Qualification: Bachelor

Experience: 2 years experience
