Duties & Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the billing process which includes ensuring PO is complete in every aspect, coordination with Store and generating invoices accordingly.
• Maintaining record of receiving copy and keeping track record for the same.
• Reconciling monthly online sales with offline billing.
• Preparation of sales and sales return register for monthly vat filing.
• Maintaining record of cash billing details and follow up with concern agent for recovery of the same.
• Maintaining record of bounce chequeen and following up with parties.
• Preparation of vendor payment sheet of regular interval.
• Performing any work assigned by Senior and training new employee.
• Review of daily bank statement and update for any bounce chequeen, receipt, LC payment advice follow up and delegate junior for entries.
• Recording of transactions like expenses, Salaries, Vendor payment, LC/TT payment, etc.
• Daily Bank Reconciliation.
• Documentation work.
• Balance confirmation and follow up with parties.

Qualification & Skills:

Qualification: Bachelor 

Experience: 2 years experience
