We are seeking a detail-oriented Account Officer to join our finance team in Godawari, Lalitpur. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring accurate financial records. This role is ideal for individuals with substantial experience in accounting and finance, looking to contribute to a dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including maintaining financial records, transactions, and ledgers.
Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.
Handle payroll, tax filings, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Oversee accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and analysis.
Liaise with auditors and ensure proper financial auditing processes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for internal and external reporting.

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and finance
Candidates with a Master’s degree in a related field can apply with 3 years of experience.
Education: BBS/BBA or equivalent degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, etc.) and MS Office, especially Excel.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
