We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing financial transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and contributing to the overall financial health of our organization.

Responsibilities:

Financial Management:

Oversee day-to-day financial operations and transactions.
Prepare and analyze financial statements to provide insights for decision-making.
Monitor and manage budgetary control, ensuring financial targets are met.

Compliance:

Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and company policies.
Coordinate with external auditors during the audit process.
Implement internal controls to safeguard financial assets.

Reporting:

Generate financial reports for management review.
Provide timely and accurate financial information to support decision-making.
Prepare financial forecasts and variance analysis.

Cash Flow Management:

Manage cash flow and ensure efficient utilization of funds.
Monitor and reconcile bank statements regularly.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and support their financial needs.

Job Specification

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year
