Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Keep a record of VAT receivable and payable.
Asist to full audit and Final audit.
Handle petty cash
Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing, deposits, collections, and payment processing
Prepare financial statements, reports, and summaries, including balance sheets and income statements
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow to ensure availability of funds
Handle payroll processing and ensure accurate posting of salary and tax deductions
Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, and monitor expenditures to ensure they remain within budgetary limits
Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and accounting policies
Prepare and file tax returns, and assist with audits as required
Provide financial insights and support to management for decision-making
Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as needed

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Certification in accounting (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software (e.g., Tally)
Strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and within a team
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Knowledge of tax systems and compliance (VAT, TDS, etc.) is desirable
Familiarity with e-commerce accounting practices
