Shasheela Motors is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the development, and implementation of electrical systems. This position requires a strong foundation in automotive electrical engineering, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct testing and validation of electrical systems to ensure compliance with safety and performance standards.
• Investigate and resolve electrical issues in vehicles and dealership infrastructure.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of electrical designs, specifications, and testing procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, software developers, and project managers.
• Provide technical support and guidance to other departments as needed.
• Ensure that all electrical systems and components comply with relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and safety standards.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in electrical systems and processes.
• Manage electrical engineering projects, including planning, resource allocation, and timeline adherence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and relevant technologies.
  
• Proficiency in CAD software for electrical design.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Note: 

• Preferrence shall be given to candidates with past experience in electrical engineering for EV vehicles.
• Preferrence shall be given to candidates with four wheeler license.
