Job Description

  • Preparing vouchers and making entries in respective accounts.
  • Reconciliation of accounts (Cash, Bank, Party, Ledgers, Inventory, etc)
  • Maintain Proper filing.
  • Prepare TDS and VAT report every month, Online submission, and sent for verification.
  • Coordinate with customers for receiving required TDS receivables documents
  • Coordinate with parties for mis-match  documents for  VAT & Tax submission
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account data.
  • Coordinate and Prepare documents required or audit.
  • Preparing documents for tax clearance letter and visiting tax office for a letter.
  • Keeping financial information confidential.
  • Comply with financial policies and regulations.
  • Perform well under deadlines/pressure and be detail-oriented.
