Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Responsible to manage and maintain proper accounting system
Management of the data file and the appropriate filing of the electronic and hard copies of the financial documents and reports
Prepare monthly financial report
Update CEO and team with account status
Payment follow to parties after discussion with Sales and Marketing
Reconcile monthly bank and cash statement
Reconcile payment collection and update
Prepare financial planning quarterly
Release payment after approval from CEO
Update CEO and team with financial status
Prepare and provide Monthly trial balance
Prepare monthly sales report
Assist auditor for annual auditing
Guide office assistance for billing
Perform any other tasks assigned

Required Experience:More than or equal to 3 years

We are looking for young, energetic and detail-oriented Account Officer to assist in our account department.

Requirements:

Should have experience of using accounting software
Good knowledge and understanding of Accounting and Financial Planning
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Nepali and English
Should have excellent analytical skill
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Nepali and English

Qualification and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Management with Accounting Finance (BBS/ BBA)
A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in similar field

Preferred:

Masters’ Degree with Accounting or Finance (MBA /MBS)
Sound understanding of publication market
Master’s Degree with 2 years of experience in Accounting and Finance
