We are looking for young, energetic and detail-oriented Account Officer to assist in our account department. 

Requirements:

  • Should have experience of using accounting software
  • Good knowledge and understanding of Accounting and Financial Planning
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Nepali and English
  • Should have excellent analytical skill
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Nepali and English

Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s  Degree in Management with Accounting Finance (BBS/ BBA) 
  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in similar field

Preferred:

  • Masters’ Degree with Accounting or Finance (MBA /MBS)
  • Sound understanding of publication market
  • Master’s Degree with 2 years of experience in Accounting and Finance

Job Description

  • Responsible to manage and maintain proper accounting system
  • Management of the data file and the appropriate filing of the electronic and hard copies of the financial documents and reports
  • Prepare monthly financial report
  • Update CEO and team with account status
  • Payment follow to parties after discussion with Sales and Marketing
  • Reconcile monthly bank and cash statement
  • Reconcile payment collection and update
  • Prepare financial planning quarterly
  • Release payment after approval from CEO
  • Update CEO and team with financial status
  • Prepare and provide Monthly trial balance
  • Prepare monthly sales report
  • Assist auditor for annual auditing
  • Guide office assistance for billing
  • Perform any other tasks assigned
