Job Description

Target Decomposition: Responsible for the decomposition of Nepal sales target, communication, program development and follow-up and implementation to ensure that the target is reached
Local Distributor Communication: Responsible for local distributor communication in Nepal
Customer Management: planning and management of the dealer's inventory, to ensure a reasonable combination of cabinet and inventory turnover efficiency, customer relationship management and maintenance, access to market information and customer support, trust and continued adhesion
Policy Development: Develop monthly, quarterly and other product policies, insight into customer needs for policy negotiation, with the optimal input-output ratio to obtain sales thrust to reach a mutually beneficial win-win situation
Market order: Price control to ensure healthy competition and high customer satisfaction
Team Management: Responsible for the management of the sales team in Nepal, formulate and optimize the team assessment system
