As Key Account Manager, your core job is to cater assigned pools of clients and solve any query of clients with attention to detail, professionalism, and calmness. Fast, concise and clear communication is key with clients, as is, cross-functional relationships with teams.

  • Professional experience in a sales, business development, or similar role

Job Description

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Take inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs
  • Contributes to customer retention by strengthening relationships through account management and maintenance
  • Serves customers by completing enrollments and conversion mailings, responding to requests, resolving complaints, and maintaining quality service
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Contacts prospective clients and maintains regular communication with existing accounts
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Prepare reports, and contracts by collecting and analyzing information
  • Employ research and data-gathering skills to prepare pricing models, proposals, and presentations
  • Monitor market trends and adjust sales efforts accordingly
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and promotion opportunities and communicate within the department regularly
  • Any other relevant duties as required from time to time

Work Hours: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Including half-an-hour lunch break)
