 Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager at Dealer located in Kathmandu. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing strong relationships with customers, and ensuring their needs are met. They will also handle sales inquiries, resolve customer issues, and collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction.

• Proven experience in account management or customer service
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Do accounting entries.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Knowledge of the hospitality industry is a plus
