We are pleased to announce an exciting career opportunity for our company Sealinks Travels & Tours Pvt. Ltd for the position of Account/Finance Officer. We are seeking a qualified candidate with a strong finance and accounting background to join our team. Below are the requirements and job responsibilities for the position:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Prepare financial statements and reports (profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow statements).
Ensure accurate and timely completion of month-end and year-end closing processes.
Assist in budget preparation and financial planning.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
Handle tax filings, VAT, and other statutory requirements.
Reconcile financial discrepancies by gathering and analyzing account information.
Conduct internal audits to maintain financial integrity.
Coordinate with external auditors during audits and tax assessments.
Assist in procurement activities, ensuring the timely acquisition of resources and services that support the growth and operational efficiency of our platform.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum Qualification: Finance education background; Master completed or Bachelor with 2-3 years of experience are also preferred.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
The candidate must own a bike and possess a valid bike license to travel within the designated area.
